I-Team Collage · Workflow automation
Workflow automation,
tested before you pay.
I-Team Collage builds workflow automation for finance, operations and support teams in Europe — document checking, routine requests and data moving between systems — accepted only when it passes a test your own people wrote. No jargon, no lock-in, and a free 30-minute call to find out whether it fits.
01
The work we take off your team
Every company has jobs that are repetitive, rule-based and still done by a person: checking paperwork and copying details across, answering the same twenty questions, moving data between systems that do not talk to each other, sorting requests so the hard ones reach the right person.
We map how that work flows through your company, connect the tools you already use, and build software that does the routine part. A person keeps the judgement calls. The result is measured before you pay for it.
02
Who it is for
Finance and operations teams that read contracts, invoices and forms all day. Support teams where routine tickets bury the ones that need a human. Owner-led firms — accounting practices, insurance brokers, logistics operators, property managers, law and medical practices — where the founder is still the glue between systems. Software companies after launch, when signups, onboarding replies and invoices start to run the founder's week.
Read the page for your situation: finance and operations, support teams, or small firms without an in-house tech team.

How it works
A free call, 30 minutes. You describe how work flows through your company today. We tell you honestly which parts should not need a person and what it would cost.
The first week, €700. We pick the job that wastes the most time, build a labelled test set with your own people, and hand you the acceptance numbers in writing and a quote for the build. Go ahead and the €700 comes off it.
The build, 4 to 10 weeks. Weekly demos on your real data. Acceptance. It goes live when it passes the test you agreed. Run. We keep it accurate as your data changes, or hand it over — the code is yours either way.

What we have measured
A finance team: 10 hours a day of reading paperwork and retyping details became 1 hour, with 99 in 100 details correct and bank details checked against official registers.
A support team: 10,000 tickets a day, of which six in ten now close on their own; the rest reach a person with the background already gathered.
An analytics team: a new report went from two days in a queue to a few minutes. A data team: finding out why a pipeline broke went from about 40 minutes to under one.
Every figure comes from a live system measured against a test set the client's own staff labelled. Client names are under NDA; the acceptance reports are shown on the call.

Two things worth reading first
Before you hire an ops person: three questions to ask — a ten-minute test for whether a repetitive job should be automated or given to a new hire.
What an acceptance test for automation looks like — how the numbers get agreed before any code is written, with a worked example.
FAQ
Questions people ask before they call
- What does I-Team Collage do?
- I-Team Collage builds workflow automation for finance, operations and support teams in Europe — document checking, routine requests and data moving between systems — accepted only when it passes a test your own people wrote.
- What is workflow automation, in plain terms?
- Taking a job that a person does by hand every week — reading a document and retyping its details, answering the same routine request, copying data from one system into another — and having software do it, with a person only stepping in for the cases that need judgement.
- Who do you work with?
- Finance and operations teams, customer support teams, and owner-led firms of roughly 10 to 1,000 people: accounting firms, insurers and brokers, logistics companies, property managers, law firms, medical practices, and software companies after launch. All across Europe, with contracts in English and working hours overlapping Central European time.
- How much does workflow automation cost?
- It starts with a free 30-minute call. If there is a job worth doing, the first week costs €700: we build a test set from your real documents or requests with your people, agree the acceptance numbers in writing, and give you a quote for the build. That €700 comes off it. Builds start from €4,500 for pipelines and integrations, €8,000 for an assistant that answers from your own documents, €10,500 for document extraction, and €12,500 for a full agent. Keeping it running is €1,000 a month.
- Do I need to hire a developer or an ops person afterwards?
- No. That is usually the alternative we are compared with. The code and the models are yours on final payment, documented and handed over; if you would rather not own the upkeep, we watch it, keep it accurate as your data changes and add the next job for €1,000 a month.
- How do I know it will actually work?
- Before we write any code, your own people label a set of real examples with the right answers. That becomes the test. We measure how fast it answers, how often it is right, whether it shows its sources and when it asks a person instead. If it does not pass the test, it is not finished — and that goes in the contract.
- Can it run on our own servers, and is it GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. It can run entirely on your infrastructure or on EU hosting; we sign a data processing agreement; anything that carries risk waits for a person on your side to approve it.
- Which tools do you connect?
- Whatever you already use: email, spreadsheets, your CRM, accounting software, ticketing tools, document stores and databases. We do not require you to switch systems.
- How long does it take?
- Pipelines and integrations take four to six weeks; an answer assistant five to seven; document extraction or a full agent six to ten. You see it working on your own data every week, not in a reveal at the end.
- What have you measured in production?
- Document checking: 10 hours a day to 1 hour, 99 in 100 details correct. Support tickets: 10,000 a day of which 6 in 10 now close on their own. Reporting requests: two days to a few minutes. Incident root cause: about 40 minutes to under 1 minute. All figures are from live systems, measured against test sets the clients' own staff labelled.
- Where are you based?
- The company is Learnerds Incubator LLC, registered in Yerevan, Armenia, working with clients across Europe in English during Central European business hours.
