I-Team Collage · Workflow automation

The paperwork,
read by software.

For finance and operations teams in Europe that still have people reading documents and retyping the details by hand. Every build is accepted only when it passes a test your own team wrote.

01

A day of checking becomes an hour

Contracts, invoices, reports and transactions arrive every day, and someone has to read each one and copy the details across by hand. A changed account number is easy to miss and costly when it is.

For one finance team that was ten hours of work a day. Now the details come out on their own, are checked against official records, and only the ones that look off reach a person. One hour a day. Ninety-nine in a hundred details correct, recall above 95%, processing time down about 90%.

What we automate for finance and operations

Document extraction — invoices, contracts, KYC and onboarding paperwork turned into checked, structured fields with a confidence score on each. Validation — bank details, VAT numbers and company names checked against official directories. Matching — invoices to purchase orders, payments to invoices. Reporting — the numbers your team checks on a Monday morning, assembled without anyone exporting spreadsheets. Plumbing — the data flow between accounting software, CRM, banking exports and the rest, from €4,500.

03

How the risk is handled

Fixed rules for structured fields, a trained model for names and document identifiers, and a confidence threshold that decides what posts automatically and what waits for a person. Every action that carries risk waits for approval on your side. Your data stays yours: EU hosting or fully self-hosted, a signed DPA, and the code transfers to you on final payment.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they call

Which finance and operations jobs can be automated?
Reading contracts, invoices, onboarding forms and scans and copying their details into your systems; checking bank details and company names against official registers; matching invoices to purchase orders; preparing the same monthly report; routing approvals; reconciling data between your accounting software, CRM and spreadsheets.
How accurate is automated document checking?
In production we measure 99 in 100 details correct, with recall above 95%. Anything below the confidence line is routed to a person, so mistakes do not enter your ledger silently. The accuracy target is agreed in writing before the build and measured against invoices and contracts your own team labelled.
How much does it cost to automate document processing?
A free 30-minute call, then a one-week scoping for €700 that gives you a labelled test set, the acceptance numbers and a quote for the build. Document extraction builds start from €10,500 and take six to ten weeks; integrations and pipelines start from €4,500.
Is it safe for financial data?
It can run on your own servers or EU hosting, under a signed data processing agreement. Payments, transfers and anything else that carries risk always wait for a person on your side to approve them; the software prepares, checks and flags — it does not move money.
Will it replace my team?
No. The same people stop doing the retyping and spend the time on exceptions, suppliers and closing the month. One wrong account number is the expensive part of manual checking, and that is exactly what the software catches.
We already use an accounting system and a CRM. Do we need to change them?
No. We connect what you already use. The point is to remove the copy-paste between systems, not to add another one.

Tell us about the job that eats hours

It starts with a free 30-minute call. You describe how work flows through your company today; we tell you which parts should not need a person, and what it would cost. If there is a job worth doing, the first week is €700 and comes off the build.
