These cover use of this website. They are not the contract for delivery work: engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ the signed agreement wins.

The content on this site
We publish indicative prices and delivery timescales so you can judge fit before talking to us. They are indicative. A binding price and scope is produced by the Agent Feasibility Audit and confirmed in a written quote.
Case studies describe work genuinely delivered. Client identities are withheld under confidentiality obligations. The figures quoted were measured in production for those engagements; they describe what happened there and are not a promise of the same result in a different environment.
The acceptance report shown on the site is a specimen. It illustrates the format of the document every engagement produces; the client and test set are redacted and the figures are representative rather than a reproduction of a specific signed report.
Service levels become binding only when written into a signed engagement, against a test set agreed with you.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to us, except where third-party material is used under licence. The Switzer and Geist typefaces and the GSAP and Lenis libraries are used under their respective licences.
For delivery work, intellectual property in the code we write for you transfers to you on final payment, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Liability
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the indicative information published here. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts of the Republic of Armenia have exclusive jurisdiction.
