I-Team Collage · Workflow automation

Small firm,
no tech team, too much paperwork.

For owners and operations leads of firms with 10 to 200 people, anywhere in Europe, who are about to hire someone just to do the routine work. Builds from €4,500, tested before you pay, and you own what we build.

01

Before you hire someone to do the copy-paste

In a firm of ten to two hundred people, the owner or the operations lead is usually the glue: the person who reads the documents, answers the repeated questions and moves data between systems that do not talk to each other. When it gets too much, the usual fix is a hire — a salary, a month of recruiting, and still a human doing routine work.

We automate that work instead. You keep the people for the judgement calls and the customers, and you own what we build.

What it looks like in a small firm

An accounting practice: client documents read and sorted on arrival, details checked against registers, the bookkeeper handles only the exceptions. An insurance broker: policy documents and claims extracted and matched, renewals prepared automatically. A logistics operator: shipping documents and invoices reconciled without retyping. A property manager: tenant requests sorted and answered from your own procedures. A software startup after launch: signups into the CRM, onboarding replies, invoices and reporting without the founder in the loop.

03

No in-house tech team needed

We work with the tools you already have. Everything is documented and handed over in plain language; the code is yours on final payment. If you do not want to own the upkeep, we watch it, keep it accurate as your data changes and add the next job for €1,000 a month. Contracts in English, working hours overlapping Central European time, EU hosting or your own servers.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they call

We are a small firm with no IT department. Is this for us?
Yes — most of the firms we talk to have 10 to 200 people and nobody whose job is technology. We connect the tools you already use, hand over everything documented, and if you would rather not own the upkeep we keep it running for €1,000 a month.
Is automating cheaper than hiring someone?
For repetitive, rule-based work, usually yes: a build from €4,500 to €12,500 once, against a salary every year — and the software does not leave, get sick or make the same typo twice. For work that needs judgement, we will tell you to hire; that is what the free call is for.
What kinds of small firms do you work with?
Accounting practices, insurance brokers and agencies, logistics and freight operators, property managers and estate agencies, law firms, medical and dental practices, construction and architecture firms, wholesalers, and software companies after launch.
What is the typical first job?
The one the owner names in five seconds: the paperwork pile, the inbox that answers the same twenty questions, or the data typed twice into two systems. We start with one job, prove it, then add the next.
How much does it cost and how do we start?
A free 30-minute call. Then, if there is a job worth doing, a one-week scoping for €700 that gives you a written promise of what the software will do and a quote for the build — the €700 comes off it. Pipelines and integrations from €4,500 in four to six weeks.
We are a startup that just launched. Is this relevant?
Yes. A few weeks after launch most founders are running the company by hand — copying signups into the CRM, answering onboarding emails, chasing invoices, moving data between tools. Automating that is cheaper than the first ops hire and gives the founder the week back for selling.

Tell us about the job that eats hours

It starts with a free 30-minute call. You describe how work flows through your company today; we tell you which parts should not need a person, and what it would cost. If there is a job worth doing, the first week is €700 and comes off the build.
