Privacy notice
What personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website and our commercial relationship with clients. Written to be read, not survived.
Who we are
I-Team Collage is a trading name of Learnerds Incubator LLC, 3 Hakob Hakobyan, Arabkir, Yerevan 0033, Armenia. You can reach us at contact@iteamcollage.com.
What this website collects
This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain rather than a CDN, so loading the page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. These are generated automatically by the web server and used only to operate and secure the service.
If you book a call
The booking buttons link to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you follow that link you leave this site and Calendly processes your data under its own privacy notice. We receive the name, email address and any notes you give when booking, and use them to hold the meeting.
If you email us
We receive whatever you send and keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Client data in delivery projects
This is the part that matters if you are evaluating us as a supplier.
When we build an agent we process data belonging to your organisation. In that processing we act as a processor and you remain the controller.
The relationship is governed by a written Data Processing Agreement signed before any access is granted, covering scope, purpose, retention, sub-processors, security measures, breach notification and deletion on termination.
- Deployment can be to EU-hosted infrastructure or entirely self-hosted on your own infrastructure. You choose, and it is recorded in the DPA.
- We do not train foundation models on your data, and we do not reuse your data for any other client.
- Where a model provider is involved it is named in the DPA as a sub-processor, with the applicable transfer mechanism recorded.
- Access is limited to the engineers assigned to your engagement.
- On termination your data and any derived artefacts are deleted or returned, as you instruct.
Our current sub-processor list is available on request and is attached to the DPA. We are established in Armenia, which is outside the EEA, so where an engagement involves personal data of people in the EU or UK the transfer mechanism is agreed and recorded in the DPA before work starts.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email contact@iteamcollage.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top, and where the change affects an active engagement we will tell the client directly.
